At Craven Arms Community Centre at 10.30am

The meeting will commence with an opportunity to peruse statements from the candidates nominated by MPs and MEPs. Eligible members must be signed in before the meeting formally starts and no-one will be admitted after this so please plan to get there early to register. (See earlier notice re-attached below).

Members will have one opportunity to speak for no more than three minutes on behalf of candidates of their choice and the time limit will be strictly enforced – a ballot paper will be issued with the names of all the candidates standing nominated. Members will be asked to vote in order of preference for Leader and Deputy Leader and there will be an eliminating ballot, the nominees being those that first reach 50% of the remaining valid votes.

The meeting may also agree to nominate for the vacancies on the NEC
